An estimator walks the site with you and returns one written package. You hold: scope, schedule, fixed price and the credit, on one page.
STEP 02
Cut, clear, load out
Our crews cut, sort and load under the method statement, and every truck is weighed before it leaves. You hold: a weigh ticket for every load.
STEP 03
Close out on paper
You end the project holding the full record: bill of materials for every tonne removed, weigh tickets matched to it, and the final settlement. No surprises.
