Sales & Procurement Executive.

We are looking for a Sales and Procurement Executive to grow canasa's book of recurring accounts across the Eastern Province. You will bring in factories, workshops, contractors and facilities as repeat sellers of scrap and recyclable material, quote them in writing, and make sure the yard delivers exactly what you promised.

• Business development: Identify and approach factories, workshops, contractors and facility managers across Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and Jubail, and convert them into recurring pickup accounts.
• Written quoting: Prepare and issue written quotes covering material, grade, price per kilo and validity window, so nothing important is agreed verbally.
• Account management: Keep existing accounts active with scheduled contact, settle pricing questions quickly, and make sure every pickup runs when promised.
• Procurement: Source material from suppliers and the open market, negotiating on grade and volume against current index prices.
• Coordination: Work with dispatch and the yard so quoted volumes, pickup dates and paperwork match what the client was told.
• Reporting: Track pipeline, closed accounts, tonnage and margin, and report progress to management.

• Experience: At least 3 years in B2B sales, procurement or trading. Scrap, recycling, industrial supply or waste management experience is a strong advantage.
• Language: Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written, since quotes and site visits happen in both.
• Commercial judgement: Comfortable negotiating on grade and price, and able to hold a margin without losing the account.
• Local network: Familiar with the industrial districts of the Eastern Province and confident opening doors cold.
• Driving licence: A valid Saudi driving licence, as the role involves regular site visits.
• Residency: A valid, transferable Saudi Iqama.
